Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders placed before the cut off time  at 2 pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed outside this hour, will be shipped on the next day. 

When the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation letter. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.

 It will take from 1 to 5  business days depending where you live, however for an extra fee you could get it expedited.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over $100, the shipping will be free. 

 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $25 flat rate shipping for orders under $100 and the threshold is from 2 to 5 business days. Depending on the destination and how far you are from the East Coast. 

 

For expedite flat rate shipping: Expedite carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gliabeauty and CryoGen are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Returns 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must comply with the following policies and return the package to:

A refund or exchange can be issued only if less than 21 days have gone by since your purchase.  

If the item you want to return and ship back is unused, in its original condition and original primary and secondary packaging; with the same sellable condition that you received, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

To complete the return of the item, we require a receipt.

There are certain situations where only partial (if applicable) or no refunds are granted: 

  • Signs of product use 
  • Item that has been opened (partial)
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error from Gliabeauty
  • Any item that is returned 21 days after delivery 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the details of the refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within. Be aware that this process may take some business days to process. 

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items won’t be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
